Overlooking the wonderful Umbrian countryside and built in an Olive grove, the house is mainly of a traditional Italian open plan living design and built to match in with the existing properties of the area.
The ground floor accommodation consists of a very large living-dining-kitchen-utility room that has access to the wine cellar and store that is built into the hillside. There is also a bedroom and a shower room on the ground floor.
The first floor has 2 large bedrooms and a bathroom; these can be accessed from either the very attractive curved staircase from the living room or from the upper level breakfast terrace.
